NIO Consultation Response on Needs of Seriously Injured Victims

As part of the QUB Human Rights Centre we submitted a response to the Northern Ireland Office’s consultation on dealing with the past in Northern Ireland. The response focuses on the needs of seriously injured victims and their ongoing needs.
