Guidance and Application Form for Payments for Seriously Injured and Bereaved Victims

In response to the Northern Ireland Office’s consultation on a pension for seriously injured victims, we made a consolidated response drawing from our project’s research and previous records to produce a guidance document, draft legislation and application form to inform the development of the regulations for this scheme.
